Role description
As an SDR at Embace, you’ll be the first human touch in our sales motion—researching target accounts, crafting compelling outreach, and booking qualified demos for our Account Executives. You’ll engage Ops and Finance leaders at emerging CPG brands, educating them on how Embace turns deductions into dollars.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the correct sales stage.
- Craft personalized, multi-step sequences that convert interest into meetings.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Partner with marketing to refine messaging and surface high-intent signals.
- Hit weekly activity targets and monthly demo quotas; track progress against KPIs.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services sales experience (internships count).
- Proven ability to write crisp outreach and hold discovery conversations.
- Comfort speaking with Directors and VPs in Finance, Operations, or Supply Chain.
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Grit, curiosity, and a coachable attitude—you iterate until you win.
